Short tracks (1-30 min) typically take 30-60 seconds. Longer tracks (1-12 hours) may take 2-5 minutes. You can navigate away — your track will continue processing in the background.

Free: 6 generation credits per 30-day cycle, up to 1 minute each (1 credit per track), all sound categories (Nature, Static Noises, Frequencies, Ambient), and 1-minute Binaural Journey demos. Essentials ($1.99/month): 20 credits per cycle, up to 12 hours, all styles and brainwaves. Premium ($4.99/month): 50 credits per cycle plus all Binaural Journey durations and the Advanced Builder. Longer tracks cost more credits: up to 1hr = 1 credit, 1-4hr = 2, 4-8hr = 3, 8-12hr = 4.

Dynamic frequency ramping that guides your brainwaves through different states during a single session. Six pre-built journeys are available (e.g. Sleep Induction, Focus Ramp, Meditation) using the same credit tiers as music tracks. Free users can access the 1-minute demo. Premium unlocks all durations and the Advanced Builder for custom journeys.

Yes! Go to Account → Manage Billing to cancel anytime. You'll keep Premium access until your billing period ends.

Free users can upgrade to Essentials ($1.99/month, 20 credits/cycle) or Premium ($4.99/month, 50 credits/cycle). Paid subscribers who need even more can purchase a Credit Pack ($4.99 for 50 additional credits) from their Account page. Purchased credits are additive to your balance.

Occasionally the process may timeout. We provide a fallback ambient track so you can still meditate. Try creating a new track for a custom experience.

Credits reset automatically every 30 days from when you created your account (anniversary-based). If your balance is already above your base limit (e.g. from purchased credit packs), it stays as-is.

Premium feature that lets you create custom binaural beats with precise control over carrier frequency (60-500 Hz), beat frequency (0.5-40 Hz), intensity, and background noise. You can also create multi-segment "scheduled journeys" that transition between different brainwave states. Access it from the Binaural tab in the Background Noises app. Tap "Advanced Builder" to expand the custom editor.

Binaural beats are generally safe for most people. However, they require headphones to work and should not be used while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy, seizure disorders, a pacemaker or heart condition, are pregnant, or have neurological conditions, consult a doctor before use. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort.
