Background Noises is operated by Third Space LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The music, sound and account service behind it is run for us by eleMusic Inc., a separate company; every question still comes to us. Write to joshua@thirdspaced.com for support, billing and anything else, and to privacy@thirdspaced.com for privacy requests. Please never send passwords or full card numbers.

1. Support and billing

Write to joshua@thirdspaced.com from the email address on your account, and say whether you use the web player, an iPhone or iPad, or an Android device. Cancel anytime in the App Store, in Google Play or on the web. For a charge that looks wrong, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Privacy requests

To see, correct, export or delete your personal information, write to privacy@thirdspaced.com from the email address on your account. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle requests. You can also delete your account yourself: how to delete your account.

3. Copyright notices

Notices of claimed copyright infringement and counter-notices go to our designated agent (Copyright Agent, Third Space LLC) at joshua@thirdspaced.com or by mail to the address in Section 5. The Copyright Policy lists what a notice must include.

4. Legal notices

Legal notices under the Terms of Service, including notices of dispute, arbitration opt-outs and rejections of a change to the arbitration terms, may be sent by email to joshua@thirdspaced.com or by mail or courier to the address in Section 5, as Section 26 of the Terms describes. Service of legal process must be made on our registered agent as the law requires.
